This is part 1 of 2 of the podcast with Yair Lapid.
Yair Lapid and Adam discuss how Yair has brought a spotlight to many key public policy issues in Israel, what Israel’s greatest threats are, and ways that the media focuses on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. They also talk about how BDS can be defeated and how to engage the younger generation in the political movement.
Yair Lapid is the founder and Chairman of the Yesh Atid party, which currently holds 11 seats in Israel’s Knesset. He formerly served as Israel’s finance minister. In 2013, Time Magazine named him one of the world’s 100 most influential people, along with Jay Z and Pope Francis. Prior to entering politics, he was one of Israel’s most prominent journalists and authors.
